Ever since I was twelve, I knew I wanted to be a Realtor. When my family relocated from Iowa to Illinois, our Realtor made a lasting impression by helping ease that difficult transition. I knew then that I wanted to offer others the same comfort, guidance, and support that she gave me.

I earned my real estate license in Illinois in 1997, and not long after, I found my forever home in Breckenridge, Colorado. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of clients successfully buy and sell homes throughout Summit County and the surrounding areas. Whether it’s finding the perfect slope-side condo for a ski-loving couple or guiding a family to their dream mountain retreat, I take pride in matching people with the properties that truly fit their goals and lifestyle.

I’ve earned designations including ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), e-PRO, and my Employing Broker credentials—all part of my ongoing mission to be the best possible advocate for those I serve.

I specialize in second homes and vacation properties and have extensive experience helping out-of-town buyers navigate the local market with ease. My approach is patient, personalized, and always focused on finding that “just right” fit.

When I’m not helping clients move mountains, you’ll find me outdoors—golfing, hiking, skiing, or catching live music. I love living in the Rockies and would be honored to help you find your own slice of mountain magic.
